Apple Crumble

PIE
1/2 C Sugar
3 T Flour
1 t Cinnamon
1/8 t Salt
6 Medium Apples, Peeled and Sliced Thin

CRUMB TOPPING
1 C Brown Sugar, Packed
1/2 C Flour
1/2 C Quick Cooking Rolled Oats
1 Stick Margarine, Softened

Preheat oven to 375F.

In a large bowl, combing sugar, flour, cinnamon, and salt. Mix well. Add apples and stir gently to coat. Transfer to square baking pan.

In another bowl, combine brown sugar, flour, and oats. Mix well and cut in margarine until crumbly.

Sprinkle crumb topping over apple mixture. Cover, with foil, and bake for 25 minutes. Remove foil and bake for another 25 minutes or until top is golden brown.

That looks like hungry man, bachelor food. Something you just put together with whatever is in the fridge, but you know for sure it'll fill you up.

Lookin at the ingredients, it's probably hella sweet.
