Molten Carrot Cake








Note: After making this the 'wrong' way, leave the cake in the pan or else you'll have a molten mess all over your table!!!

1 PKG Carrot Cake
Eggs (See Box Mix)
Oil (See Box Mix)
Water (See Box Mix)
1 Can of Cream Cheese Frosting

Whisk eggs, oil and water until mixed. Add in cake mix and mix until combined and no lumps. Drop in frost in spoonfuls over batter, using about half the can. Microwave for about 10 minutes. Immediately spread remaining frosting over the top. Let sit, in pan, for about 5 minutes before serving.
