Salisbury Steak















1 LB Ground Sirloin (90/10)
Garlic Salt
Onion Powder
Flour
1 t Beef Base
1 Packet Brown Gravy
2 C Water
1 T Worcestershire Sauce

Make 4 oz patties with ground sirloin. Season with garlic salt and onion powder. Coat each side with flour. Fry in oil until browned and cooked through. Remove from pan and drain grease.

In a bowl combine beef base, brown gravy packet, water, and worcestershire sauce. Whisk until no lumps remain. Pour into pan.

Return salisbury steaks to pan. Bring to boil and cook 2 minutes or until gravy thickens.
