Worcestershire Ham Stir Fry

2 C Cooked Brown Rice

4 oz Cooked Ham
1 C Cooked Green Beans
1 Onion, Chopped
Black Pepper
Worcestershire Sauce

Sear ham in a HOT pan over medium high heat until the meat starts to burn slightly. Remove from pan and set aside. Saute onion and green beans until veggies start to burn slightly. Add rice and saute. Chop ham and add back to pan. Top with lots of black pepper and Worcestershire sauce to taste.
