BBQ Chicken Pizza



1 (10 oz) PKG Refrigerated Pizza Dough
Olive Oil
Sweet Baby Rays BBQ Sauce
2 C Cooked Shredded/Diced Chicken
1 C Onion, Chopped
1 C Mushrooms Sliced

Preheat oven to 400F.

Lightly oil a cookie sheet. Unroll dough onto cookie sheet and pat/roll into shape. Lightly baste the dough with BBQ sauce. Bake crust for 7 minutes. Remove pizza from oven.

Top with chicken, onions, and mushrooms. Drizzle entire pizza with BBQ Sauce.

Bake pizza for an additional 15-18 minutes, or until crust is golden brown.

Three Cheese Garden Pizza



1 (10 oz) PKG Refrigerated Pizza Crust
Olive Oil
1 Small Onion, Chopped
1 Medium Zucchini, Sliced
2 Plum Tomatoes, Sliced
1 C Sliced Mushrooms
2 Cloves of Garlic, Minced
4 oz (1 Cup) Mozzarella Cheese, Grated
4 oz (1 Cup) Cheddar Cheese, Grated
1 oz (1/4 C) Parmesan Cheese, Grated
1 t Italian Seasoning

Preheat oven to 400F.

In a small bowl, mix together about 1/4 C of olive oil and garlic. Let sit a few minutes to infuse flavors. Combine cheese and Italian seasoning.

Oil a cookie sheet. Unroll pizza dough onto pan and press/roll to fill the pan. Baste dough with garlic oil. Bake for 7 minutes.

Remove pizza from oven. Top with half the cheese mixture.

Add veggies in the following order: onion, zucchini, mushrooms, tomato. Top with remaining cheese. Bake 15-18 minutes, or until crust is golden brown.
