1 C Dark Maple Syrup
1 C Brown Sugar
2 T Butter, Melted
1 t Vanilla Extract
2 C Pecans, halved
1 (9 inch) Pie Crust, Unbaked
Combine eggs, maple syrup, brown sugar, butter, and vanilla extract. Mix until smooth. Stir in pecan halves. Pour into pie crust. Bake in 350F oven for 50-55 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.

Combine sauce ingredients until smooth. Mix together the eggs, beef, 4 slices of bread torn into small pieces, and half the sauce. Form into loaf and top with remaining sauce. Bake, covered, in 400F oven for 1hr - 1hr 15min.

Brown ground beef and onion. Mix bbq sauce, ketchup, and brown sugar until smooth. Combine all in lasagna pan. Bake 30-35min in 325F oven.

1 1/3 C Water
3/4 C Uncooked Rice
1 t Onion Powder
1/2 t Black Pepper
2 C Frozen Mixed Vegetables
1 lb Chicken Breast Tenderloins
Shredded Cheddar Cheese
Season chicken according to taste and set to side.
Combine soup, water, rice, onion powder, black pepper, and frozen mixed veggies. Mix well. Transfer to large lasagna pan. Place chicken on top. Cover with foil. Bake in 375F oven for about 45 min or until chicken is done. Top with cheese and let sit for 10 min.

1 lb Bacon, Cooked and Crumbled
2/3 C Brown Sugar
1/4 C Butter, Melted
1/4 C Soy Sauce
1 1/2 t Garlic Powder
Whisk together brown sugar, melted butter, soy sauce, and garlic powder. Stir in green beans and mix well. Transfer to large lasagna pan. Bake for 40 minutes in 350F oven.

Preheat oven to 400F.

16 oz Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast Strips
1 T (.5 oz) Oil
1/2 t Salt
1/2 t Black Pepper
1/2 t Garlic Salt
1/2 t Onion Powder
1/2 t Oregano
1/2 t Paprika
Preheat oven to 400F.
Combine everything in a large zipblock bag and mix well. Spray a foil pan with pam spray and arrange strips of chicken. Bake for 30 minutes or until chicken is 165F. Do not over cook as it will dry out your chicken.

1 (16 oz) Bag Frozen Skillet Potatoes with Peppers & Onions
1 (32 oz) Carton Egg Whites (little carton probably won't be enough)
Preheat oven to 400F.
Put 1 oz (about 1/4 C) frozen skillet potatoes into each cup of a 16 cup muffin pan. Top with 1.5 oz (about 1/4 C) egg whites. Bake for 20 minutes.
Each egg white bite is 38 calories. 15 cals for 1 oz frozen skillet potatoes and 23 cals for 1.5 oz egg whites.
