Deep Dish Pizza

Tomato Sauce
Mozzarella Cheese
2 Sprigs Fresh Basil, Chopped
Pepperoni
Chopped Onion
Bacon

Roll out pizza dough. Oil a cast iron or oven proof pan. Fold pizza dough in half for easy transfer to pan. Press into bottom of pan and up the edges.

Cover dough with tomato sauce to taste. Bake in 375F oven for 15 minutes. This part helps the dough cook, regardless of the massive amount of toppings it has.

Layer Mozzarella cheese, basil, pepperoni, chopped onion, and whatever toppings you prefer using as little or as much as you like.

Repeat layers until 'pie' is filled. Return to oven for about 20 minutes until crust is brown and cheese is bubbly.

Great Depression Breakfast Cups




















1 Egg
1/4 C Sugar
1 C Flour
Filling

Beat egg in a bowl. Add sugar and mix well. Add flour and knead into dough. Add a small amount of water if needed.

Divide dough into 4 sections and either pat flat or roll out on a floured surface.

Spray the bottom side of a muffin pan. Press dough down and around each muffin cup.

Bake for about 12-15 minutes @ 350F. Turn muffin pan upside down onto a cookie sheet and gently separate the cups.

Fill with yummy breakfast food!
