Healthy Spaghetti Sauce


3 Cloves Garlic
2 lbs 96/4 Ground Beef
1 (28 oz) PKG Strained Tomatoes OR
3 lbs Fresh Tomatoes, Pureed
1 t Salt
1/2 t Dried Oregano
1/2 t Red Pepper Flakes
1/4 t Dried Basil
1/3 t Dried Parsley
Pasta and Parmesan Cheese

Cook ground beef with garlic. Add remaining items and simmer for 10 minutes. Serve over pasta and top with cheese if desired.
