1 LB Fresh Green Beans
1/2 LB Bacon
1 Small Onion, Chopped
1 t Minced Garlic
Salt and Pepper, To Taste
Steam green beans until tender.
Meanwhile, cook bacon, onion, and garlic. Do not drain off grease.
Drain green beans, add to bacon. Cook until the onions a caramelized and the green beans start to turn brown from frying. Salt and pepper to taste.
