1 Head Garlic, Roasted and Minced
1 T Butter

2lbs of Potatoes, Cut Into Bite Size Pieces

1 Stick Butter (8T)
1/2 C Milk
1 t Salt
1 t Oregano
4 oz Cheese
Place garlic on a sheet of aluminum foil. Drizzle with oil and put a little salt on top. Wrap tightly and bake @ 375F for 35 minutes until garlic is roasted.
Meanwhile, boil potatoes in a large pot of water until done--about 30 minutes. Drain.
Melt butter in pan. Add milk, salt, oregano, parmesan, and garlic/butter to pan. Mix well. And potatoes. Mix well. Mash potatoes until desired consistency is reached.
