Pizza Style Spaghetti


1 (16 oz) PKG Angel Hair
2 Eggs
1 C Milk
1 (16 oz) PKG Ground Beef
1 Onion, Chopped
1 T Minced Garlic
48 oz Pasta Sauce
1 T Creole Seasoning
1 C Pepperoni Slices (About 5 oz), Cut into Thin Strips
2 C Mozzarella Cheese (About 10 oz)

Break spaghetti noodles into smalls pieces and cook according to package directions. Drain. Whisk together eggs and milk. Stir in pasta. Transfer to a LARGE lasagna pan coated with nonstick spray. Set aside.

Cook the beef, onion, and garlic together. Drain off any excess fat. Add pasta sauce and creole seasoning. Mix well. Pour over noodles and smooth out. Top with pepperoni and then mozzarella.

Bake in 350F oven for 30-40 minutes or until golden. Let sit 10 minutes before serving.
