4 Apples, cored and chopped
1 T Water
2 T Brown Sugar
1 t Pumpkin Pie Spice
Combine all in a sauce pan. Cover and cook over medium heat for about 15-20 minutes, or until apples are as soft as you like them.
Goes great with ice cream on on a bowl of puffed cereal.

Cinnamon Stove-top Apples

4 Apples, Cored and Diced (no need to peel)
Lemon Juice, to taste (water works OK too)
Cinnamon to taste
1 T Cornstarch
Combine apples, lemon juice (or water), and cinnamon in a sauce pan. Cover and cook over medium heat until the apples begin to soften, about 15-20 minutes. Sprinkle cornstarch on and mix well. Cover and cook another 5-10 minutes or until very thick.
Roasted Cinnamon Apple Slices

5 Gala Apples, each cut into 8 Slices
1/4 C Splenda
1 T Cinnamon
Preheat oven to 400F.
Combine all in a ziplock bag and mix well. Transfer to large foil pan and bake at 400F for 35 minutes or until apples reach desired softness.
8 apple slices = 100 Calories.
Apple Crisp II

1 (3lb) Bag Apples
1 C White Sugar
1 T Flour
1 t Cinnamon
1/4 C Water
1 C Old Fashioned Oats
1 C Flour
1 C Packed Brown Sugar
1/4 t Baking Powder
1/4 t Baking Soda
1 Stick Butter, Melted (No Substitutes)
In a large bowl combine white sugar, flour, and cinnamon. Mix well. Peel, Core, and Slice the apples. Add to cinnamon sugar and mix well to coat evenly. Transfer apples to a 9x13 lasagna pan OR two square pans. Top evenly with water.
In a medium bowl, combine oats, flour, brown sugar, baking powder, and baking soda. Mix well. Add in melted butter and stir until just combined. Sprinkle evenly over apples.
Bake in 350F oven (325F if your oven runs hot) for about 45 minutes or until golden brown.
Goes well with ice cream.
