Mozzarella Baked Chicken and Spaghetti


1 LB Spaghetti Noodles
1 LB Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast
1 (29 oz) Can Tomato Sauce
1-1/2 T Creole Seasoning
1 t Salt
1 t Sugar
1/2 t Basil
1/2 t Oregano
1/2 t Black Pepper
1 LB Mozzarella Cheese, Shredded

Boil spaghetti noodles until done, Drain. Transfer noodles to a large lasagna pan.

Meanwhile, brown chicken in oil. Place on top of noodles in lasagna pan.

Combine tomato sauce, creole seasoning, salt, sugar, basil, oregano, and black pepper. Pour evenly over chicken and noodles. Top with mozzarella cheese.

Bake in 350F oven for about 25 to 30minutes or until cheese is bubbly and chicken is done.
