Perfect Pumpkin Pie


1 (15 oz) Can Pumpkin Puree
1 (14 oz) Can Sweetened Condensed Milk
2 Eggs
1 t Cinnamon
1/2 t Ground Ginger
1/2 t Nutmeg
1/2 t Salt
1 (9") Unbaked Pie Crust (Store Bought Works Fine Too!)

Preheat oven to 425F.

Combine pumpkin puree, sweetened condensed milk, eggs, cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg, and salt in a large bowl. Mix well. Pour into pie crust. Bake 15 min @ 425F.

Turn heat down to 350F and bake another 35 to 40 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted near the center comes out clean.

You can spray a piece of foil with pam spray and lay it over the pie if the crust starts to burn.
