1 (10.75 oz) Can Condensed Cream of Mushroom Soup
1 Medium Onion, Chopped
1 T Worcestershire Sauce
1/4 C Water
4 oz Cream Cheese
Hot Rice or Noodles
Combine beef, soup, onion, worcestershire sauce, and water in a crock pot on low. Cook around 8 hours. Stir in cream cheese and serve with noodles or rice.
