Cast Iron Pizza

1 No Rise Pizza Dough
2 T Canola Oil
1/2 C Crushed Tomatoes
1 Onion Chopped
3 oz Pepperoni Chopped
7 oz Mozzarella Cheese, Shredded
Oregano to Taste
Basil to Taste

Preheat oven to 425F

Pour 2 T Canola Oil into cast iron pan and coat.

Pat pizza dough into bottom of pan, turning a coupe times so all of the dough is oiled.

Spread crushed tomatoes across bottom. Top tomato with oregano and basil. Sprinkle with onions and whatever other raw vegetables you plan on putting on the pizza.

Bake in preheated oven for 15 minutes.

Top with pepperoni, mozzarella, and additional oregano and basil. Return to oven for 10 minutes.
