Homemade Mac and Cheese


1 (16 oz) PKG Pasta (Your Favorite)
4 T Butter
3 T Flour
3 C Milk
3 C / 8 oz Shredded Cheese (Your Favorite)
1/2 C Parmesan
Garlic Salt, To Taste
Pepper, To Taste
Paprika, To Taste

Boil pasta according to package directions and drain.

Meanwhile melt butter in a pan, add flour and form a roux. Add milk slowly, mixing well to remove lumps. Add cheeses. Stir slowly until the cheese is melted and the sauce has thickened. Add in pasta and stir well.

Pour into a large lasagna pan, season, and bake in 350F oven for 30 minutes.
