2 T Butter
2 T Flour
1 C Milk
4 oz Cheese (See Note)
1/2 t Salt
1 T Sriracha
Melt butter in a sauce pan. Add flour and mix well to form a roux. Add a small amount of milk and mix well to remove lumps. Add remaining milk and mix well. Cook until warmed through and thickened. Stir in cheese, salt, and sriracha.
Note: This could possibly use more cheese.
