3 oz Plain Non-Fat Greek Yogurt
4 oz Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk
1 Medium Banana, Peeled Quartered and Frozen
1/2 t Vanilla or Almond Extract
Combine all in blender until desired consistency is reached.
