2lbs Thin Cut Chicken
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 tablespoon lime juice
2 garlic cloves, finely minced
1 teaspoon chili powder
1 teaspoon cumin
1 teaspoon hot pepper flakes
1 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon salt
2 Medium Onions, Sliced
3 Peppers, Sliced

Slice chicken into thin strips.
In ziplock bag, mix together olive oil, lime juice, garlic, chili powder, cumin, hot pepper flakes, black pepper & salt. Add chicken strips and shake gently to coat, set aside while chopping veggies.
Cut onions in half lengthwise and slice into strips, cut your peppers into strips. Spray a large dutch over with nonstick spray. Add meat and cook for about 5 minutes. Add veggies, mix gently, cover and cook until chicken is cooked and veggies are tender, about 15 minutes
