1 C Yellow Cornmeal
1 C Flour
1/4 C Sugar
4 t Baking Powder
1/2 t Salt
1 Egg
1 C Milk
1/3 C Oil
Mix dry ingredients. Add remaining ones and beat until smooth, about 1 minute. Bake in greased 8 in square pan at 425F for 20 to 25 minutes.
