1 C Mushrooms, Sliced
1/2 Onion, Sliced into Rings
Creole Seasoning
Mozzarella Cheese
1 Tortilla
Spray a pan with pam spray or pour a little oil into the bottom to prevent sticking. Saute sliced mushrooms, and rings, in creole seasoning until tender. Crisp tortilla in pan or directly on burner. Place cheese on tortilla, top with veggies. Fold over. Enjoy.
