1 T Roasted Minced Garlic
1 PKG Fresh Mushrooms
1 PKG Cream Cheese
1/2 Stick Butter
1 t Basil
1 t Black Pepper
1 C Water
1 lb Cooked Chicken
Cook pasta. Meanwhile, saute garlic and mushrooms until fragrant. Add 1 C Water. Warm cream cheese and butter in microwave for 30 seconds to soften. This makes it much easier to stir. Add the mushroom mixture. Stir in basil and black pepper. Whisk until all the lumps are out and mixture has thickened. Add alfredo sauce and chicken to cooked and drained pasta. Mix well.
