1LB Pork Chops (About 4 small 4 oz Pork Chops)
1 C Splenda
2 T Flour
1 t Cinnamon
1/4 t Nutmeg
1/4 t Salt
7 C Chopped Apples, About 2 Large
1 PKG Stove Top Pork Stuffing ***
Preheat oven to 425F. Spray foil pan with pam spray. Place pork chops in bottom of foil pan.
Mix splenda, Flour, Cinnamon, Nutmeg, and salt, in a bowl. Set aside. Chop apples and place in another bowl. Pour mixture over apples, toss to coat, then transfer to foil pan and arrange over pork chops evenly. Cover with foil. Bake for 1hr. Prepare stuffing according to package directions (no butter!) and serve with apple pie pork chops.
