Barbecued Beef

3 LBS Boneless Chuck Roast
1-1/2 C Ketchup
1/4 C Packed Brown Sugar
1/4 C Red Wine Vinegar OR
1/4 C Apple Cider Vinegar
2 T Dijon Mustard
2 T Worcestershire Sauce
1 T Liquid Smoke Flavoring
1/2 t Salt
1/4 t Black Pepper
1/4 t Garlic Powder

Cut boneless chuck roast into smaller pieces and place in the bottom of crock pot. Combine remaining ingredients and pour over roast.

Cover and cook on low for about 8 hours. Shred meat and return to BBQ mixture. Let sit for another 30 minutes.
