Caraway Wheat Biscuits


2-1/2 C Whole Wheat Flour
2 T Caraway Seeds
1 T Baking Powder
1/8 t Salt
1-1/3 C Onions, Grated
2 Eggs, Beaten
1/2 C Vegetable Oil

In a large bowl, combine the flour, caraway, baking powder, and salt. Mix well. Combine onions, eggs, and oil. Add to dry ingredients just until moistened. Turn onto a floured surface. Roll dough to 3/4 in thickness. Cut with a 2 inch biscuit cutter. Place on a greased baking sheet. Bake at 425F for 10-15 minutes or until golden brown.
