Sausage Gravy


1 lb pork sausage
1/3 cup flour
1 quart milk
1 dash pepper
1 Batch of Great Aunt Norma's Biscuits

Cook sausage in skillet. Drain Fat. Sprinkle flour over sausage and stir well. Cook flour and sausage together for about 5 - 7 minutes. Add milk. Cook over medium heat until thickened. Add pepper. Serve over biscuits.

We always have pork sausage in our freezer, (pork sausage we make ourselves) and I'd surely like to give this recipe a try, or the other sausage and biscuit recipe you have posted on your blog, as both recipes really sound good!
