Easy Chicken Bake


1 (6oz) PKG Stuffing
1/3C Sour Cream
1 Can Cream of Chicken Soup
1 (16oz) Bag Frozen Mixed Vegetables, Thawed
2 Chicken Breasts, Thawed OR
2 Cans Cubed Chicken

Preheat oven to 400F. Prepare stuffing according to package directions. In a foil pan, combine sour cream, soup, and vegetables. Mix well. Top with chicken and then stuffing. Cover with foil to keep stuffing moist.

For raw chicken breast, cook for 1 hr. You can speed this up to 30min by cooking it in the microwave first. For cubed cooked chicken, cook for 30min.
